Cancellations due to weather are exclusively the Captain’s decision and will be communicated to the Party Leader by email or phone before the experience starts. We will do our best to reschedule on a date that fits your schedule. If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit will be refunded
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or cash.
We request a 25% booking deposit, fully refundable in case of bad weather, with the remaining balance settled on the day of service.
